外源GA3和6-BA对郁金香鳞茎内3种激素含量变化的影响

摘 要:

以郁金香‘红色印象’的种球为试验材料, 在栽植前后分别用GA3和6-BA溶液进行处理, 在栽植期、出芽期、现蕾期、盛花期以及衰败期采集不同处理下鳞茎的鳞片和茎盘, 分别测定其内源激素GA3、IAA和ABA的含量。结果显示: 种植前用GA3溶液浸泡过的种球在栽植期内源GA3含量明显升高, ABA含量则低于对照, 而低浓度ABA有利于激活郁金香的生长发育进程。在生长期外施GA3和6-BA后, 5 ℃处理、常温以及经过GA3浸泡过的常温种球在现蕾期GA3和IAA含量都明显高于对照, 说明外施生长调节剂对内源GA3和IAA含量具有一定的影响。从ABA/GA3比值看, 由于GA3含量相对稳定, 因此该比值变化与ABA含量变化基本一致; 鳞片中ABA/IAA比值随着郁金香的生长发育总体上呈下降的趋势, 说明激素平衡对郁金香的生长发育起着重要的调节作用。

Effects of GA3 and 6-BA Treatments on Changes of Three Endogenous Phyto-hormones Contents in Tulip Bulbs

Abstract:

Using Tulipa ‘Red Impression’ as materials, the bulbs were treated with solution of GA3 and 6-BA before and after planting. At five growth stages, the contents of endogenous GA3, IAA and ABA in scales and basal plates from bulbs with different treatments were measured. The results showed that the GA3 content was increased remarkably at germination stage since the bulbs were soaked in GA3 before planting. Meanwhile the ABA content of the same treatment was declined which could activate growth processes. Using GA3 and 6-BA at the beginning of growth made GA3 and IAA content of 5 ℃ cooled, uncooled and uncooled with soaked in GA3 bulbs before planting treatments were much higher than CK at the stage of flower bud emerged. The change of ratio of ABA/GA3 was almost same as the change of endogenous ABA content since endogenous GA3 content was quite stable, the trend of ABA/IAA was going down during growth period, which indicate that the balance of endogenous phytohormone played an important role during growth and development of tulip.
